Databred will provide a full refund for products returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. Please send an email request for an RMA to cs@databred.com with your contact info.
If products are returned damaged, please document the damaged condition immediately with pictures and tracking info so the shipping company can be notified and a replacement can be sent out.
